Going to the capitol to advocate for the profession means speaking with the law makers who represent you. You will need to make appointments to visit with these individuals. After finding your policymakers (which was part of the registration process), you will need to schedule appointments with them. This should be done as soon as possible, as legislators are busy and have many meetings.

WOTA has prepared a slideshow with specific steps on how to make your appointments

After making your appointments, please submit them at this link, so that we can organize individuals who need to be grouped together for their visits.

IMPORTANT: This step must be completed before January 25th. The appointment sheet will be closing at 11:59pm on January 24th.

What to Say During Your Visit
